Website builds

A site built around one job: the booked customer.

Shaped around what a person on a phone does when a pipe has just burst. Live in fourteen business days, and changing the words never needs a developer.

  1. 1

    Call, above the fold

The number is the first thing on the screen and it stays there while they scroll. On a phone it dials.

  2. 2

    Book, on every page

The booking is a button, not a form that goes to an inbox. It works at nine at night when nobody is answering.

  3. 3

    The reviews you already earned

The rating and the count you already have on Google, on the page where the decision is made.

  4. 4

    Yours outright

Hosted on your own account. You can change an opening hour or a price yourself, and the code is yours to keep.

Workflow automations

Nine at night, answered inside ten minutes.

An enquiry gets a personal, correct reply while you are asleep. A quote that goes quiet gets one follow up. A finished job asks for its review. You get a daily digest, a do not contact list you control, and an off switch.

  1. Priya, from the website form

Hi, the kitchen sink is blocked and water is backing up. Preston. Can someone come tomorrow morning?

  2. Harrow Lane Plumbing, sent by the automation

Hi Priya, yes. A blocked sink is a same day job for us and tomorrow morning is open. Pick a time here or reply with one that suits and Dan will confirm it. If the water is still rising, turn off the tap under the sink and call 0491 570 159 now.

  3. To Dan’s phone: new enquiry, Preston, blocked sink, replied, booking link sent.

  4. Priya, through the booking

    Booked. Tomorrow, 7:30 am.

  5. One follow up on the quote that went quiet, sent by the automation

Hi Priya, Harrow Lane here. Dan quoted the hot water unit he spotted on Tuesday’s visit and has not heard back. Happy to answer anything. If the price is the sticking point, say so and we will look at it together. Reply STOP and we will not text again.

  6. The review request, after the job, sent by the automation

Thanks for having us out, Priya. A Google review, good or bad, helps a small business more than you would think. It takes a minute and the link is here. Reply STOP and we will not text again.

  7. Digest to Dan: 3 enquiries answered, 2 bookings, 1 follow up, 1 review request. Nothing sent to anyone on the do not contact list.

The thread unrolls as you scroll. Every message is written from the enquiry and the business’s own facts, and the people and numbers in it are fictional.

Advertising, run for you

Before you spend a dollar, here is the bar it has to clear.

Nobody can honestly tell you how many jobs an ad account will bring before it runs. What can be worked out, today, in front of you, is how many it needs to bring for the whole thing to have paid for itself. Put your own numbers in.

What we run
4jobs a month is what it has to bring back before you are ahead. Every job after that one is yours. A$48,600committed over twelve months
  1. Your spendA$2,450Paid on your own card, straight to Google and Meta. It never passes through us.
  2. Our feeA$1,600Fixed. It does not rise because your spend rose, and there is no percentage of spend.
  3. Out the doorA$4,050Your total monthly outlay, both lines together.
  4. A job is worthA$1,150Your number, not ours. Change it above and every figure here moves.

This is arithmetic, not a forecast. It is your own two numbers divided, and it is deliberately the least flattering way to look at advertising: it counts the fee as a cost that has to be earned back, and it assumes a job is worth what you said once, not what a good customer is worth over five years. Nobody here will quote you a lead number, a cost per lead, or a position on Google, because nobody can know them before the account has run.

  1. Your account, your card, your data

The ad accounts are created in your name and your card pays the platforms directly. If we part ways you keep the account, the history and everything learned in it. There is nothing to hand back because it was never ours.

  2. Run by Prem, in the room with you

Prem runs the advertising and sits on the call with Idan, not behind him. You will be asked what a job is worth, which suburbs you will not drive to, and what your worst month looks like, because an account built without those answers spends your money finding them out.

  3. Nothing goes live without your yes

Budgets, audiences and every line of copy are approved in writing before a campaign is switched on. No claim runs that you have not seen. You get a monthly page with what was spent, what it bought, and what is changing next month.

Process

Twenty minutes to start, fourteen days to live.

Each step priced before you take it, and nothing monthly until you have seen the work. Advertising is the last step on purpose: paying to send people to a site that does not book them is the most expensive mistake in this whole list.

  1. Twenty minutes

A call that finds the one job which, fixed, pays for everything else.

    Free
  2. The assessment

A 45 minute discovery, a written plan, a 30 minute walkthrough. Five hours a week found, or the fee back.

    A$990
  3. The build

The site, the booking inside it, the follow up behind it. Half on order, half at go live.

    A$3,450, fourteen business days
  4. The run

Retrained from real conversations, one improvement build a month, and a one page report by the fifth: enquiries answered, jobs booked, hours returned.

    A$690 a month
  5. The advertising

Only once the site books and the follow up runs. Your accounts, your card on the platforms, our fee fixed and separate from your spend, and a monthly page showing what it bought.

    From A$1,600 a month

Proof

The assistant that answers customer questions inside Super Cheap Fabrics, a Melbourne fabric retailer, was built by the founder of AXIS, who owns and runs the store.

Stated up front because you can check it in one search. It makes Super Cheap Fabrics a working reference rather than an independent one. There is no client logo wall on this page and no testimonial, because AXIS has not earned one yet. The first will be a Melbourne trade, named with permission.

The price

Start with the assessment.

Fixed prices, quoted as the final figure. Nothing monthly until you have seen the work.

  1. A$990fixed

    The assessment

    • A 45 minute discovery, on the phone or on site.
    • A written report with ranked recommendations and an explicit list of things not to bother with.
    • A 30 minute walkthrough, and the document goes out after it rather than before.

Five or more hours a week identified, or the full A$990 back. Credited in full against a build booked within sixty days.

    Book 20 minutes
  2. A$3,450fixed

    The build

The site, the booking system inside it and the follow up automation behind it. Half on order, half at go live. Live in fourteen business days from the cleared deposit and your inputs.

  3. A$690a month

    The run

Retrained from real conversations, one improvement build a month, a one page report by the fifth, model costs included. Three month minimum, and on exit you keep everything, exported.

  4. A$1,600a month, one channel

    The advertising

One channel at A$1,600 a month, Google and Meta together at A$2,450. A fixed fee, never a percentage of what you spend, so it does not quietly grow when your budget does. Your spend is separate, paid on your own card straight to the platforms, and it is never counted as ours.

Sold only after the site books and the follow up runs, because advertising into a site that cannot take a booking is the fastest way to waste a budget.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I own the website?

Yes, outright. It is hosted on an account in your name and the code is handed over. The site and the booking keep working if you never speak to AXIS again. The automation runs on model credit, and on exit it is exported and moved onto your own account.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Maybe not. The assessment says which. If the site you have can carry a booking button and a call button where they belong, the build keeps it and puts the fourteen days into the booking and the follow up instead. The price is the same A$3,450, and so is what you get at the end: a site that books.

What does the booking run on?

The calendar you already use. If a tool you run cannot be connected, the assessment says so in writing before you pay for a build, not after.

What does the automation send, and can I stop it?

Only what you have approved: the enquiry reply, one follow up on a quiet quote, and one review request after a job. Every message carries a way to say stop. You see every message in a daily digest, you keep a do not contact list, and there is an off switch you can hit yourself.

How long does it take?

Fourteen business days from the cleared deposit and your inputs: the photos, the services, the prices and the areas you cover. Most of the delay on a build is the inputs, so the assessment collects them first.

Who am I dealing with?

Two people, and you speak to both. Idan is in Melbourne, builds the site, the booking and the automation himself, and runs a business of his own on the same systems. Prem runs the advertising and is on the call with him, not behind him. There is no account manager in between and no ticket queue, and you will always know which of the two did the thing you are asking about.

Who pays for the ad spend, and do you take a cut of it?

You do, and no. The ad accounts are opened in your name with your card on them, so your money goes straight to Google and Meta and never passes through us. Our fee is fixed at A$1,600 or A$2,450 a month depending on how many channels we run, and it does not move when your budget moves. An agency paid a percentage of spend has a reason to want your spend higher; this one does not.

How many leads will the advertising get me?

Nobody honestly knows before the account has run, and anyone who gives you a number before then is guessing at you. What can be worked out now is the bar: what an average job is worth to you, divided into what you are about to spend. The calculator further up this page does exactly that with your own numbers, and it is deliberately unkind, because it counts our fee as a cost that has to be earned back too.
