Attention is cheap.Customers aren’t.

Views don’t pay rent. We make creative in batches, test it like media, and judge every hook on one number: cost per sale. It’s the boring version of brand marketing — the one that compounds.

A creative testing board comparing hooks by cost per sale

Sound familiar?

The consumer-brand
trap, in four acts.

Brands come to us after the exciting agency. These are the stories they arrive with.

✕
Viral in March. Invisible since. One lucky spike isn’t a system. A testing pipeline that produces a steady winner every month is — and it’s a lot less glamorous.
✕
The agency’s big idea: “post more reels.”Volume without measurement is just noise with a production budget. Every piece we ship gets a cost per sale within a fortnight.
✕
Creative by committee — shipped late, measured never.Six weeks of revisions for an ad that was never tested against anything. We ship batches fast, because the market is the only opinion that counts.
✕
CAC creeping up while “engagement” looks great.Engagement is applause. If customers are getting dearer every quarter, the creative isn’t working — whatever the likes say.

Creative is a numbers game. So we do numbers.Bring your current CAC to the call — or your best guess. We’ll tell you what the testing system would do to it, and what it costs to find out.Book the 20 minute call

Made in batches

Nine hooks, not one big idea.

Big ideas are a lottery. Batches are a system: nine angles on the same offer — price-led, problem-led, proof-led — shipped together, so the market can vote with its wallet inside two weeks.

  • Hooks written against real objections
  • Shot fast, native to each platform
  • Every batch has a control to beat

Tested like media

Every hook earns a cost per sale.

Hook A sells at A$9.80 — it scales. Hook B at A$14.20 — it stays in rotation. Hook C at A$31.40 — retired, and we write down why. Next batch starts from what the last one proved.

  • Winners scale the same week
  • Losers retired before they burn budget
  • Learnings written down, not remembered

The first ninety days

What happens,
and when.

The first month buys information. The next two spend it.

30

Baseline and batch one

Find the floor before promising a ceiling.

  • Tracking proven against real orders
  • First batch of hooks live
  • True CAC measured, not guessed
60

The system kicks in

Batch two is built from batch one’s receipts.

  • Winning angles get sequels and spend
  • Losers documented and dropped
  • CAC starts bending down
90

A repeatable winner

What you actually bought: a machine, not a moment.

  • A proven hook formula for your brand
  • CAC versus the written target
  • Scale, hold or stop — month to month

Who this works for —
and who we turn away.

Testing needs enough sales to read. We’ll tell you honestly if you’re not there yet.

A good fit

We’ll likely say yes

Most of these true? The system will find your winner.

  • A product people buy without a sales call
  • Margin that survives a realistic CAC
  • Enough orders monthly for tests to read
  • You can approve creative inside a week

A bad fit

We’ll say no on the call

Not forever — just not yet. We’ll say when.

  • Pre-launch with zero sales history
  • You want virality, not a working CAC
  • Every ad needs three stakeholders’ sign-off
  • The product’s reviews say fix the product first

What it costs

Fixed price,
GST inside.

Never a percentage of your ad spend. The typed price is the price.

One fee. The whole machine.

A$1,990 a month fixed covers the media side of the machine; content batches are A$1,490 a set when you need them made. Both month to month, both GST inside.

  • Fixed fee — scaling months are yours to keep
  • Ad spend from your card straight to the platforms
  • Creative testing built into every month

Before you decide

Asked on the
first call.

The questions owners ask before they hire an agency, answered straight.

Batches are usually cut from founder and customer footage shot to our lists — it outsells studio work on cost per sale, which is the only vote that counts. Shoots can be arranged and are quoted separately, never hidden in the fee.

Where your buyer scrolls — typically Meta and TikTok for discovery, Google to catch the demand the creative generates. The mix is in your scope, and it changes only when the numbers say so.

First sales usually inside the first month; a stable, scalable CAC is a 60–90 day story because testing needs data. Anyone promising a profitable machine in a fortnight is selling you the March spike.

Enough for each hook to get a fair hearing — worked out from your price point on the call. If your margin can’t fund a real test, we’ll say so and suggest what to fix first.
