No mystery.Four steps, in writing.
Most agencies sell a feeling. This page shows the actual paperwork — the call, the scope, the launch checklist and the report — so you know exactly what happens before you’ve paid for anything.
Start to first report
The whole thing,
with receipts.
Each step ends in something you can hold: a number, a signature, a checklist, a page.
Step 01 — The call
Twenty minutes that end in a number.
No deck, no discovery workshop. You talk about what you sell and what a customer is worth; we do the maths out loud. You leave with a target and a fixed price in writing — or a straight “ads won’t pay for this.”
- Works backwards from your margin
- A price in writing the same day
- “No” is a real answer, and it’s free

Step 02 — The scope
One page you sign. Or don’t.
Channels, target cost per sale, fixed fee, month-to-month term, start date. Five lines, one signature. If it isn’t on this page, it isn’t billed — and nothing starts until it’s signed.
- Target and fee typed, not implied
- Month to month on the same page as the price
- The exit terms are in the welcome document

Step 03 — Built, proven, live
Nothing ships until the checklist is signed.
Account in your name, tracking proven with a live test lead, page checked on a real phone, speed screenshotted. Ads sit queued until the last line — your sign-off — is done.
- Tracking proven against your sales system first
- Your sign-off is the final gate
- Usually live inside two weeks

Step 04 — The report
One page a month, from your numbers.
Spent, sold, cost per result, share of sales — from your sales system, never the platform dashboard. The last line is always what changes next month, so the page is a plan, not a post-mortem.
- Bad months reported as plainly as good ones
- Numbers reconciled to your system
- Next month’s tests named in advance

The fine print, read aloud
Never part of
the process.
The four traps this process was built to make impossible.
Before you decide
Asked on the
first call.
The questions owners ask before they hire an agency, answered straight.
Call this week, scope signed by Friday, work starts Monday. The build-and-prove step takes up to two weeks because tracking gets proven before ads spend — that part we won’t rush.
About two hours in the first fortnight: the call, access handovers, and sign-offs on the scope and checklist. After that, ten minutes a month to read one page.
The first full calendar month after launch — and you can see the account itself any day you like, because it’s in your name.
